本文报告BAI顺铂环磷酰胺丝裂霉素30次治疗Ⅲb—Ⅳ期肺癌14例。35—63岁。13例胸痛咳嗽气促明显减轻咯血停止,1例肺外症状明显减轻;肺肿块消失3例(持续10—15月),缩小90％2例。
This article reports that BAI cisplatin cyclophosphamide mitomycin 30 treatment of stage III b-IV lung cancer in 14 cases. 35-63 years old. 13 cases of chest pain, cough, shortness of breath significantly reduced hemoptysis, 1 case of extrapulmonary symptoms significantly reduced; lung mass disappeared in 3 cases (lasting 10-15 months), 90% reduction in 2 cases.
