企业档案工作的水平,在某种意义上就是档案工作人员的水平,做好在职档案人员的培训工作,提高档案人员的技术业务素质,是提高企业档案工作水平的重要环节。辽河油田科技档案工作建立的历史较短,200名科技档案人员中80％是企业整顿中新配备的干部,他们缺乏档案知识,也大都缺乏生产技术专业知识。加强和改革对在职科技档案人员的培训工作,显得十分突出和紧迫。企业整顿期间的油田科技档案工作,是处于建立、健全阶段,适应当时工作的需要,我们着重对档案人员进行了科技档案管理基本知识的培训,收到了一定效果。企业整顿后的油田科技档案工作,出现了三个新的特点:第一、科技档案工作被纳入了企业生产管理、技术管理、科研管理之中,档案人员的建档管理工作任务艰巨;第二、对各类科技档案普遍实行了按专业统一管理,档案人员必须掌握有关专业的生产技术基础知识;第三、档
The level of enterprise archives work, in a sense, is the level of the archivist staff.
