小学教育是整个教育的基础,它对学生的成长起着十分重要的作用。小学生占的比重很大,把小学教育搞好了,对将来四化建设,提高全民族的科学文化水平,提高社会主义道德水平,改变社会风气,都具有极为深远的战略意义。 蚌埠市第一实验小学为适应四化飞跃发展的形势,在党支部的坚强领导下,重视调查研究,加强学校管理,摸索教育规律,努力提高教学质量,不断探索新路子,做了大量工作,并取得了可喜成绩。最近省教育厅重新把这所小学定为省重点小学,肯定了他们的工作,同时也寄托于新的希望。我们相信蚌埠市第一实验小学一定会不断前进,作出更大的成绩,在全省小学教育中发挥更大的作用。希望全省其他各学校也要象他们一样,兢兢业业,扎扎实实,勇于探索,敢于创新,齐心协力,为开创我省教育的新局面作不懈的努力。
Primary education is the foundation of the entire education and it plays a very important role in the growth of students. The proportion of primary school students is large, and it is of far-reaching strategic importance to improve primary school education, to build the future of the four modernizations, to improve the nation’s scientific and cultural level, to improve socialist moral standards, and to change the social climate. The first experimental primary school in Handan City took advantage of the development of the Four Efforts, and under the strong leadership of the Party branch, it attached importance to investigations and studies, strengthened school management, explored the laws of education, tried to improve teaching quality, continuously explored new ways, and did a great deal of work. And achieved gratifying results. Recently, the Provincial Department of Education reaffirmed this primary school as a provincial key primary school, affirmed their work, and also placed new hopes on it. We believe that the first experimental primary school in Handan City will continue to advance and make greater achievements and play a greater role in primary education in the province. It is hoped that all other schools in the province will be as dedicated and practical as they are, be bold in exploration, dare to innovate, and make concerted efforts to make unremitting efforts to create a new situation in education in our province.
