依法治校是依法治国在高校层面的重要体现,是依法治国的“高校化”。进入新时期以来,高校教育在国民经济发展中的重要地位越来越凸显,其相应的法律约束与指导也愈发重要。为此,高校必须积极贯彻党和国家在高等教育方面制定的相关法律制度,构建科学、合理、全面的依法治校体系。本文首先介绍了依法治校的内涵,然后从依法治校的目标定位、制度完善、师资队伍建设以及环境优化四个层面多维度地阐述了高校依法治校体系的构建。
Managing schools according to law is an important manifestation of governing the country according to law at the university level and is the rule of law governing colleges and universities. Since entering a new era, the importance of higher education in the development of the national economy has become more and more prominent, and its corresponding legal restrictions and guidance have become increasingly important. To this end, colleges and universities must actively implement the relevant laws and regulations enacted by the party and the state in higher education and establish a scientific, rational and comprehensive system of governing the university according to law. This article first introduces the connotation of governing the university according to law, then elaborates the construction of the university governing the university according to law from the four aspects of the target orientation of governing the university according to law, the perfection of the system, the construction of teaching staff and the optimization of environment.
