杭州市人民政府令第290号《杭州市餐厨废弃物管理办法》已经2015年12月25日市人民政府第55次常务会议审议通过,现予公布,自2016年4月1日起施行。市长张鸿铭2016年2月3日第一条为加强餐厨废弃物管理,维护城市市容环境整洁,保障食品安全,促进资源循环利用,根据《中华人民共和国固体废物污染环境防治法》《杭州市城市市容和环境卫生管理条例》《杭州市生活垃圾管理条例》等法律法规,结合实际,制定本办法。
