本文所介绍的调频式深度传感器,其频率输出与被测深度成线性关系,並具有较好的稳定性和可复制性。在海洋仪器的水下探测器中配用此类传感器,对于利用频率计数器实现测值的数字显示是有利的。它由一个具有线性特性的多圈弹簧管带动一个线性的精密电位器,再通过一个线性的压控振荡器变成频率讯号。其测量范围为0-500m,非线性误差不超过全量程的0.6%,正反行程差不超过全量程的0.3%,采用混频器调零,可以消除零点漂移。
The frequency-modulated depth sensor introduced in this paper has a linear relationship with the measured output and has good stability and reproducibility.
