党的十四届五中全会通过的《中共中央关于制定国民经济和社会发展“九五”计划和2010年远景目标的建议》中,有十多处涉及了资源环境问题,并强调要“进一步加强地质勘探”。实现国民经济和社会发展的中长期目标,作为国民经济基础行业的地质勘查,面临的任务十分艰巨,认清我国的矿产资源和地质环境形势,针对一些亟待解决的问题采取切实有效的措施,加强地质勘查,对于实现国民经济和社会发展目标具有十分重大的意义。
More than a dozen of the “CPC Central Committee’s Proposals on Formulating the Ninth Five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development and the Vision for 2010” adopted by the Fifth Plenary Session of the 14th Central Committee of the Party involve resources and environment issues and emphasize “Further strengthen geological exploration ”. The long-term goal of realizing national economy and social development as a geological prospecting of the basic industries of the national economy is facing an arduous task. We must recognize the situation of mineral resources and geological environment in our country, take effective measures to address some problems to be solved urgently, and strengthen Geological exploration is of great significance to the realization of the goals of national economy and social development.
