目前,电厂锅炉火焰检测装置的使用中存在误发信号、灭火保护误动的问题。造成这种情况的原因是:火焰检测装置选型与炉型不匹配;火焰检测装置安装位置不当;检测装置参数设置不当;检测装置部件故障;炉内燃烧工况变化等。如果在检测信号处理逻辑中应用相关性判断法,可解决火焰检测装置不适应锅炉燃烧工况变化,导致锅炉灭火保护误动的问题。湛江发电厂在火焰检测中利用相关性判断法后,再没有发生过锅炉灭火保护误动的问题。
At present, the use of boiler flame detection device in the plant there is a missent signal, fire protection misoperation problems. The reasons for this situation are: flame detection device selection and furnace type mismatch; improper installation of flame detection device; improper detection device settings; detection device components failure; furnace combustion conditions change. Applying the correlation judgment method in the detection signal processing logic can solve the problem that the flame detection device does not adapt to the change of the combustion condition of the boiler, resulting in the misoperation of the boiler fire protection. Zhanjiang Power Plant in the use of flame detection test to determine the relevance, there has been no misuse of boiler fire protection problems.
