应用行星式冷滚压成型原理加工拖拉机钢圈轮辋这是一种新的工艺。由于这种加工方法生产率 高、产品质量稳定,因而几年来获得了日益广泛的应用。但是有关这种类型机器的设计原理与计 算方法还是研究的很不够的. 本文提出了有关4.50E—16行星式冷滚压成型机设计中的一些问题。其主要分析与计算项目 如下: 1.关于机构分析和结构设计的特点; 2.关于该机器的运动分析和受力分析; 3.关于用能量守恒原理计算主油缸的最大油压力和主电动机所需要的功率,等等。 最后,本文还提出了理论计算和实际测量的数据的比较表,从中可见它们二者的数值是十分 接近的。
Application of planetary cold rolling principle of processing tractor rims rim This is a new technology. Due to its high productivity and stable product quality, this processing method has gained increasingly widespread use in recent years. However, the design principles and calculation methods of this type of machine are still not enough. This paper presents some issues in the design of the 4.50E-16 planetary cold roll forming machine. The main analysis and calculation items are as follows: 1. About the characteristics of institutional analysis and structural design; 2. About this machine motion analysis and force analysis; 3. On the principle of conservation of energy to calculate the maximum main hydraulic cylinder oil pressure and the main motor power required, and so on. Finally, this paper also put forward a comparison table of theoretical calculation and actual measurement data, from which we can see the value of the two is very close.
