本文作者在1967年曾发表一篇文章(见本期上一篇),在其中假定叶轮出口流速的法线分速等于进口的法线分速。作者经过几年的研究和实践,现在放弃了这种假定,而根据不同法线速度的比值求出其他参数。实践证明,效率比以往又提高了不少。本文内列出了各种设计图表,可以根据给定的条件,求出压缩机的主要尺寸。文中所述的方法与目前我国通常采用的方法有所不同,但还可供作设计者的参考和对比。
In 1967, the author published an article (see previous issue in this issue) in which it was assumed that the normalized speed of the impeller exit flow was equal to the normalized speed of the inlet. After several years of research and practice, the author has now abandoned this assumption and has determined other parameters based on the ratio of different normal-velocity speeds. Practice has proved that the efficiency has improved a lot more than ever before. This article lists a variety of design charts, according to the given conditions, find the main dimensions of the compressor. The method described in this paper is different from the methods commonly used in our country at present, but it is also available for designers’ reference and comparison.
