中国医疗体制的改革在推动医疗卫生事业发展的同时,也带来了医患关系的各种矛盾,医疗纠纷的频繁发生,不仅引起了社会各界的关注,也将医患关系推向了风口浪尖。在多数医患事故中,舆论和大众都将批判的目光指向医院和医护人员,与此同时一些重大恶性伤医事件的持续上演以及职业医闹的出现,又将人们的视线重新拉回到医患关系的构建上。社会工作作为一种综合性的专业助人活动,应该保持中立的态度,对医患矛盾进行客观理性的评价,通过对医患双方进行积极有效的沟通互动,实现医护人员与患者之间的相互尊重与信任,构建和谐的医患关系。
