目的了解基层医疗机构的消毒工作质量与现状,提出加强基层医疗机构消毒管理工作的措施。方法采用现场采样和实验室检测方法,对山东平邑县基层医疗机构消毒效果进行监测与评价。结果 2009-2013年共采样检测不同对象样本6 692份,消毒合格率为96.64%。不同监测对象中,无菌物品合格率为100%,手术室空气合格率为66.67%,合格率最低;其他监测对象消毒合格率均达到95%以上。结论该县各级医疗机构消毒质量整体较好,应当加强对室内空气卫生质量管理。
Objective To understand the quality and status of disinfecting work in basic medical institutions and put forward measures to strengthen the disinfecting management work in basic medical institutions. Methods The on-site sampling and laboratory detection methods were used to monitor and evaluate the disinfectant effects of basic medical institutions in Pingyi County, Shandong Province. Results A total of 6 692 samples of different subjects were sampled from 2009 to 2013, and the pass rate of disinfection was 96.64%. Among the different monitoring objects, the pass rate of aseptic articles was 100%, the air pass rate of the operating room was 66.67%, and the pass rate was the lowest; the pass rates of other monitoring objects reached 95% or more. [Conclusion] The disinfection quality of medical institutions at all levels of the county is better overall, and the quality management of indoor air sanitation should be strengthened.
