目的探讨社区滚雪球式健康教育模式的可行性和有效性,为缓解健康教育人力资源不足提供一种方法。方法由区疾控中心逐级增量培训方式培训出来的社区志愿者对干预组的社区居民开展健康教育,区疾控中心对对照组社区居民开展健康教育,通过评价两种方式的健康教育效果,评价社区滚雪球式健康教育模式的可行性和有效性。结果干预组和对照组社区居民的健康基本知识和理念知晓率、健康生活方式与行为形成率和健康技能掌握率比接受健康教育前均得到提高(P<0.05);干预后两组居民的健康基本知识和理念知晓率、健康生活方式与行为形成率和健康技能掌握率之间的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论运用滚雪球式方法培训出来的社区志愿者对社区健康教育工作是有意义的,其健康教育模式是可行和有效的。
Objective To explore the feasibility and effectiveness of the community snowballing health education model and provide a method to alleviate the shortage of human resources in health education. Methods Community volunteers trained by district CDC incremental training provided health education for the residents in the intervention group. The district CDC conducted health education for the residents in the control group and evaluated the effectiveness of the two modes of health education. To evaluate the feasibility and effectiveness of community snowballing health education. Results The awareness rate of health basic knowledge and concept, health lifestyle and behavior formation rate, and health skill acquisition rate of community residents in the intervention group and control group were all improved before receiving health education (P<0.05); the health of the residents of the two groups after the intervention There was no significant difference between the rate of awareness of basic knowledge and concepts, healthy lifestyle and behavior formation rate, and health skill acquisition rate (P>0.05). Conclusion Community volunteers trained using snowballing method are significant for community health education. The health education model is feasible and effective.
