在福建省的长汀县,有95%以上的农村劳动力经企业定单培训后在当地就业,每年为农村增加经济收入10.64亿元。类似的例子还很多,有的地方和长汀一样借助当地企业进行职业培训实现在家门口就业;有的则与外地企业达成就业意向开展定单培训实现劳务输出;有的则适时组织库区移民定向培训整体平移成了产业工人……强农民先强培训,强培训的目的是为了实现就业。去年一年,福建省共组织农村劳动力职业技能培训的人数就有40.7万。
