我厂锻工热处理用的振底箱式煤气炉,过去是用人工控温,劳动强度大,温度不稳定,影响产品质量。为了改变这种情况,我们同工人一起将化工系统使用的 DDZ—Ⅱ型系列与其它一些仪表组合成振底箱式煤气炉的自动控温系统,一年来的实践证明:系统稳定可靠,控制误差在±0.4%~0.6%(超过了国外同类系统热处理炉的控温误差),因而提高了产品质量,解放了劳动力,节约了煤气。
I plant forging heat treatment with vibrating box gas furnace, the past is artificial temperature control, labor-intensive, temperature instability, affecting product quality. In order to change this situation, we work together with the workers to combine the DDZ-II series used in chemical systems with other instruments into the automatic temperature control system of a vibrating box gas furnace. Practice has proved that the system is stable and reliable and the control error Within ± 0.4% to 0.6% (exceeding the temperature control error of heat treatment furnaces of similar systems in foreign countries), thus improving product quality, liberating labor force and saving gas.
