凸耳实验和锥杯实验是研究材料成形性能的一个重要手段。应用BCS-AR50试验机分别对ST12和DP590钢进行了凸耳实验和锥杯实验,研究了不同材料和板料直径对凸耳、锥杯实验的影响。结果表明,常温下ST12钢的凸耳率和锥杯值大于DP590钢,并据此确定了极限拉深系数;利用有限元软件模拟了凸耳实验和锥杯实验过程,预测了失效区域并分析了锥杯破裂的原因。
Lugs and conical cup experiments are an important means to study the formability of materials. The BCS-AR50 testing machine was used to test the lugs and conical cups of ST12 and DP590 steel respectively. The effects of different materials and plate diameters on the lugs and conical cups were studied. The results show that the lug ratio and cone ratio of ST12 steel are higher than that of DP590 steel at room temperature, and the ultimate drawing coefficient is determined. The lugs and conical cup experiments are simulated by finite element software, and the failure zones are predicted and analyzed The reason for the broken cup.
