吉林省作为东北老工业基地的重要组成部分,曾以雄厚的工业基础创造了稳固的经济地位,然而近年来,吉林省经济增长呈现出减缓态势,由此以来,如何利用产业集群增强对地区经济增长的促进作用,加速吉林省经济的快速发展引起广泛关注。以产业集聚为切入点,以吉林省产业统计数据为基础,采用部门结构偏离份额分析法和产业集聚度测算法,分析1990~2008年吉林省产业结构和集聚度变化特征。研究表明:1吉林省产业集群处于培育成长阶段;2省内各产业发展具备基础条件和竞争优势;3经济发展总体形成以长吉地区为核心的“十”字形空间格局。
Jilin Province, as an important part of the northeast old industrial base, has established a solid economic position with a solid industrial base. However, in recent years, Jilin Province has shown a slowdown in its economic growth. Since then, how to use industrial clusters to enhance the regional economy The promotion of economic growth in Jilin Province has caused widespread concern. Taking industrial agglomeration as the starting point, based on the industrial statistics of Jilin Province, this paper analyzes the characteristics of industrial structure and agglomeration degree in Jilin Province from 1990 to 2008 by using the deviation of sectoral structure from the share analysis and the method of industrial agglomeration. The results show that: 1 Jilin Province industrial cluster is in the stage of nurturing and growing; 2 industries in each province have the basic conditions and competitive advantages; 3, the overall economic development has formed the “10” -shaped space pattern with Changji as the core.
