采用灵康纯花粉系—保健品(分别相当于成人摄入量的12.5、25和50倍三个剂量组及阴性对照组)对大鼠灌胃30天,观察其毒性作用。试验结果表明:大鼠的体重、食物利用率(%)、主要脏器系数(肝、肾)、病理组织学检查(肝、肾、胃、小肠)未见明显异常,血常规、生化指标可见谷草转氨酶(AST)、红细胞总数(×10~(12)/L RBC)、血红蛋白(g.l~(-1))中、高剂量组于对照组比有所增高,统计学处理有显著性差异(P<0.05),但它们均在正常值范围内波动,其他指标无异常。上述结果表明:灵康纯花粉无毒性作用。
Using Lingkang pure pollen-health products (equivalent to the adult dose of 12.5, 25 and 50 times three dose groups and negative control group), rats were given intragastric administration for 30 days to observe the toxic effects. The test results showed that: Rats’ weight, food utilization (%), main organ coefficient (liver, kidney), histopathological examination (liver, kidney, stomach, small intestine) no obvious abnormalities, blood routine, biochemical indicators can be seen The ratios of aspartate aminotransferase (AST), total red blood cell count (×10 12 /L RBC), and hemoglobin (gl-1) middle and high dose groups were increased in the control group, with statistically significant differences ( P<0.05), but they all fluctuate within the normal range. No other indicators are abnormal. The above results show that Lingkang pure pollen has no toxic effects.
