给大鼠一次性肌注0.47g（生药，0.5ml／100g体重）虫草酒药液后，能明显降低动一静脉血的PH，明显升高PaO2、SaO2，显著增加PaO2－PaCO2的差值与动一静脉血的氧分压差，其组织氧利用系数亦呈升高的趋势，提示虫草酒可能具有纠正某些疾病所致的低氧血症和预防高山反应的功效。
After a one-time intramuscular injection of 0.47g (crude drug, 0.5ml/100g body weight) Cordyceps liquor to the rat, the PH of the venous blood can be significantly reduced, PaO2 and SaO2 are significantly increased, and the difference between PaO2-PaCO2 is significantly increased. The oxygen partial pressure difference of a venous blood has a tendency of increasing tissue oxygen utilization coefficient, suggesting Cordyceps wine may have the effect of correcting hypoxia caused by certain diseases and preventing alpine reaction.
