醒脑液对急性不完全性脑缺血大鼠脑内单胺类递质的影响

双侧颈总动脉结扎，造成不完全性脑缺血模型。结果：脑内单胺类递质含量降低（ Ｐ＜ ０ ．０５ ） ， 醒脑液可使缺血大鼠脑内单胺类递质含量增加（ Ｐ＜ ０ ．０５ ） ， 此即为临床用于治疗缺血性中风的药理基础。

Bilateral common carotid artery ligation caused an incomplete cerebral ischemia model. Results: The contents of monoamine neurotransmitters in the brain were decreased (P<0.05). Xingnaojing could increase the content of monoamine neurotransmitters in the brain of ischemic rats (P<0.05). This is clinical use. The pharmacological basis for the treatment of ischemic stroke.
