目的探讨CCB中药对胃泌素分泌的影响。方法采用离体和在体两种大鼠胃模型，按胃泌素放免测定步骤检测血浆胃泌素水平。结果6种中药与维拉帕米相似，具有明显抑制胃泌素分泌的作用（P＜0．05或P＜0.01）。结论6种CCB中药对治疗消化性溃疡具有潜在的价值。
Objective To investigate the effect of CCB on the secretion of gastrin. Methods Rat gastric models were used in vitro and in vivo to measure plasma gastrin levels according to the gastrin radioimmunoassay. RESULTS: Similar to verapamil, the six herbs had a significant inhibitory effect on gastrin secretion (P<0.05 or P<0.01). Conclusion The six CCB herbs have potential value in the treatment of peptic ulcer.
