在日益恶化的经济新闻中有这么一条来自《女性穿着日报》的报道,香奈儿宣布将取消该品牌“流动艺术”的剩余停靠展示地点。展览由香奈儿设计师Karl Lagerfeld和建筑师Zaha Hadid共同构思设计,展出包括Daniel Buren,Yoko Ono及Wim Delvoye等约20位艺术家的作品,展示的环形曲面空间由Hadid设计,灵感来源于香奈儿经典的格菱纹手袋,这个融合艺术与时尚世界的展示空间如果算不上最具装饰性的,也绝对属于最复杂最耗心思的一例了。该展示已经在香港、东京、纽约展出过,接下来的伦敦、莫斯科及巴黎则被取消了。香奈儿集团并没有透漏该项目的耗资。
In the wake of a report from the Womens Weekend, in a deteriorating economic news, Chanel announced it would cancel the remaining docked spots for the brand Mobile Art. Designed by Chanel designer Karl Lagerfeld and architect Zaha Hadid, the exhibition features works by some 20 artists, including Daniel Buren, Yoko Ono and Wim Delvoye. The show’s ring-shaped curved surface is designed by Hadid and inspired by Chanel classic Grid diamond handbags, the fusion of art and fashion world display space if not the most decorative, but also definitely belong to the most complex and most thoughtful example. The show has been exhibited in Hong Kong, Tokyo, New York, followed by London, Moscow and Paris were canceled. Chanel Group did not disclose the cost of the project.
