In this paper，a scheme of parameter perturbation is proposed to induce transition of spiral pattern in the excitable media，which described with the modified FitzHugh-Nagumo model. In our numerical studies，the ratio parameter is perturbed with the periodical and chaotic signal，respectively. It is found that a pair of spiral waves is induced and the single spiral wave is replaced，and the spiral waves also can be removed with appropriate intensity of perturbation on parameter.
