　　Microglia,the resident phagocytes of the CNS,plays an important role in the active immune defense and the progression of neuroinflammation.It is reported that inhibition of microglial activation contributes to anti-neuroinflammation effect,thus the regulation of microglia might be a practical strategy for the treatment of neurological disease.
