Objective: To investigate the role of tacrolimus in the pathogenesis of reversible posterior encephalopathy syndrome(RPES) after haploidentical hematopoietic stem cell transplantation.Methods: Clinical data on one case of PRES after haploidentical hematopoietic stem cell transplantation were studied retrospectively, and related literatures were reviewed.
