Background Type 2 diabetes is an independent risk factor of cardiovascular disease.The aim of our study is to explore the difference of the level of lipoprotein-associated phospholipase A2 (LP-PLA2) between type 2 diabetes with coronary heart disease and coronary heart disease alone,and the relationship between LP-PLA2 levels of diabetes mellitus and coronary Gensini score.
