　　5-methylcytosine(m5C)is a ubiquitous modification in DNA and different cellular RNAs.tRNA m5C72 modification was recently determined in the acceptor region of some specific tRNAs,establishing by human NSun6(hNSun6).The homologs of hNSun6 are present only in higher eukaryotes and hyperthermophilic archaea.
