Growth associated protein 43(GAP-43)is a cell membrane phosphoprotein that is responsible for the development of neuronal growth and axonal regeneration.Colorectal cancers(CRC),as the third malignancy in China,are believed to be caused by various genetic and epigenetic changes,including WNT,PI3K-Akt,GPCR,FGFR,MAPK,TGFB,and TP53 signaling pathways.
