本文介绍了医疗纠纷的现状及存在的问题，分析了医疗纠纷处理机制的不完善，《医疗事故处理条例》的不足之处，最后提出应尽快出台我国《医疗纠纷预防与处理条例》，建立医疗纠纷第三方处理机制等措施。
