　　Agarics of Lahore (Pakistan) collected during last five years have been investigated morpho-anatomically as well as by amplifying and sequencing ITS region of nrDNA.This finding indicates that species belonging to genera Agaricus and Psathyrella show higher diversity and abundance while Leucoagarics and Volveriella come on second as regard their species diversity.
