　　Mangrove play crucial role as a habitat for animal, plant and microorganism to survive as well as to protect our coastal area from natural disaster.High metal concentration is known to adversely affect ecosystem sustainability and microbial activities there.However, microorganisms such as fungi strive to grow in metal polluted mangrove area.A total of 12 and 18 fungal isolates were found from East and West coast area respectively.
