Over 20 years fundamental studies and industrial demonstrations on pulsed-power and non-thermal streamer corona plasma technologies have promoted various novel techniques for food processing.This paper reviews details of our achievements in the following subjects: 1) Ultra-short pulsed power techniques based on transmission line transformer and multi-switches; 2)All solid-state switch technique for micro-second pulse generation; 3) Non-plasma induced VOCs, odor, bacteria and viruses cleaning in air; 4) Non-thermal plasma and pulsed electric field induced liquid sterilization.
