德州驴冷冻精液及其主要影响因素研究

目的 精液冷冻保存与人工授精技术相结合,在现代畜牧业生产中发挥着巨大的作用.但现阶段驴繁殖仍采用本交方式,国内外市场上未见驴冻精产品,且关于驴精液冷冻保存的研究报道也很少.本课题以德州驴为研究对象,通过研究卵黄、脱脂奶、酪蛋白与酪蛋白酸钠在德州驴精液冷冻过程中的保护作用,SOD与CAT在卵黄稀释液中的抗氧化保护作用,筛选适合德州驴精液冷冻的冻存液配方;通过季节、体尺、性行为等因素与精液冻后品质的关联分析,寻找影响驴精液冻后品质的因素,为德州驴冷冻精液高效生产奠定基础.
