引言 由于家畜人工授精技术的空前发展,促进了种公畜精液稀释保存液的不断地改进.稀释液中加入一定量的奶类和卵黄,具有调节渗透压、降低精液电解质浓度、保护精子膜等作用,有利于精子的存活.卵黄对精子保护作用的机理尚不清楚;另外,卵黄还可能携带着病原微生物影响精子的受精,增加疾病传播的风险.因此,寻找成分稳定无污染的替代物显得非常重要.本实验研究分别探讨了添加脱脂奶粉替代牛奶和大豆卵磷脂替代卵黄在精液低温保存的可行性.
