　　Dnmt1 and Dnmt3a are two main DNA Methyltransferases.To study the effect of DNA methylation on hippocampus synaptic plasticity and memory,we injected adeno-associated virus expressing both Cre recombinase and Green Fluorescent Protein(GFP)into the CA1 of Dnmt12flox/2flox Dnmt3a2flox/2flox mice hippocampus.By Cre-LoxP recombinase system,the Cre virus successfully induced Dnmt1 and Dnmt3a deletion in the CA1 of hippocampus with a spatial and temporal manner.
