　　Introduction: Our previous study found that 7,8-dihydroxyflavone(7,8-DHF),a new selective TrkB agonist,could protect against 6-hydroxyl dopamine(6-OHDA)-induced cytotoxicty in PC12 cells,a cell line without TrkB expression.The protective effect of 7,8-DHF seems to be associated with its antioxidant property.However,the antioxidant mechanism of 7,8-DHF has not been fully elucidated.
