本文着重介绍目前用于1.3～1.55μm长波光纤系统的碲镉汞探测器的特点,其目的是提请红外技术研究者注意红外探测器在光纤通讯系统中的应用。
This article focuses on the characteristics of the HgCdTe detectors currently used in 1.3 ~ 1.55μm long wavelength optical fiber systems. The purpose of this paper is to draw the attention of researchers in infrared technology to the application of infrared detectors in optical fiber communication systems.
