Objective: Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is a de-differentiated malignancy.However, effective differentiation therapy is lacking because knowledge about the dysregulation of differentiation in HCC is limited.Our previous work suggestedthat CXCR7 is critical in the development of HCC.Here, the potential role of CXCR7 in the de-differentiation of HCC is evaluated.
