Objective: Surgery has been concerned the gold standard treatment of colorectal liver metastases (CRLM).We use subtle hepatic surgery (SHS) to ensure a safer method of surgery.Methods: A total of 36 patents with CRLM were retrospectively analyzed.Traditional hepatic surgery (THS) was performed in19 patients and SHS in 17 patients.Patient, tumor, and treatment data were compared between the two groups.
