The newly developed wearable electronics have inevitably boomed researches on the portable energy source.Flexible energy harvesting devices,such as nanocrystalline solar cells and nano generators,have gained world-wide attentions.Portable power system based on flexible solar cells have been considered as a promising solution for wearable electronics.Furthermore,nano generators,which are capable of harvesting energies in the form of wind,sound,mechanic vibration,etc,are also combined to form a hybrid energy source.It can compensate for the deficiency of solar cell during cloudy or foggy days.
