By virtue of its high specific surface area,high light absorption and high dispersion properties,titanium dioxide nanoparticles(TiO2 NPs)has been widely used to photo catalyst in the wastewater treatment,the production of hydrogen,electronic components and ceramic materials.TiO2 nanoparticles can be produced by gas-phase and liquid-phase reaction.Liquid-phase reaction always need a large quantity of liquid/solid byproducts' treatment and accompany with strong tendency of hard aggregates formation compared with gas-phase reaction.Flame synthesis and Phase hydrolysis are the two mainly methods of gas-phase reaction.The flame synthesis consumes more energy and the reaction conditions and the particle size is difficult to control compared with hydrolysis [1].
