Objective: The aim of this study is to evaluate the operation method about application of costal cartilage grafting combined with deviated nasal septum correction in rhinoplasty of unilateral nasal deformity.Methods: We got the costal cartilage from the patients 7th rib.And then made shaped "L" in order to support the nosal tip.The rest of the cartilage were cut into granulations and filled in the nasal dorsum and the depressed alar base.During the surgery we also correct the deviated nasal septum to the middle place.
