生长素和一氧化氮均为调节植物生长发育的重要激素,且能够相互作用调控植物的生长发育.近期研究结果表明,NO可通过亚硝基化(S-nitrosylation)分别促进生长素的信号转导和抑制生长素的极性运输,但尚缺乏遗传学证据.我们通过遗传学手段证明亚硝基化可抑制生长素生理.gsnor1-3是拟南芥GSNOR1(S-nitrosoglutathione reductase 1,亚硝基谷胱甘肽还原酶)功能缺失突变体,该突变体缺乏去亚硝基化能力.我们比较了Col-O和gsnor1-3中生长素的信号传导和极性运输,结果表明gsnor 1-3中生长素信号传导及生长素的极性运输均受到抑制;gsnor1-3中生长素极性运输的降低是由于内源生长素输出载体蛋白PIN家族不同成员的积累水平普遍降低所致.而这些PIN蛋白水平的降低的调控不是发生在转录水平,也不依赖于26S蛋白酶体的降解,其调控可能发生在翻译或翻译后.
