近年来,因人工设计的异质结在磁存储、传感器和自旋电子学领域的潜在应用和有趣的物理现象成为凝聚态领域的研究热点[1],同时具备铁电和反铁磁性能的的铁酸铋和具有铁磁性能的镧锶锰氧构成的多铁性异质结,因其结构的良好匹配和内禀的界面交换耦合产生的交换偏置效应及优良的铁电和电致阻变效应成为人们的研究对象[2].
