层状钙钛矿型Srn+1RunO3n+1[1]氧化物具有复杂的物理基态性质,这是其他任何其他过渡金属氧化物材料所不具备的.其中无限层(n=∞)的SrRuO3钌酸锶是典型的ABO3型钙钛矿,是4d过渡金属氧化物中唯一的巡游铁磁体[2].SrRuO3(SRO)由于其良好的热及化学稳定性,且易于与其他钙钛矿结构材料组成异质外延结构,现已成为一种成熟的电极材料,其电磁性质引起广泛的兴趣.在SrRuO3体系内,自旋、电荷、晶格和轨道自由度间的复杂作用和耦合产生了丰富的物理性质.
