调控磁性薄膜的磁晶各向异性大小与方向成为当前磁性薄膜研究的重要问题之一[1].因为磁晶各向异性起源于自旋-轨道耦合,当磁性薄膜中晶格自身发生微小形变或者受到外延基体表面结构影响而产生应力时,晶格内电子轨道会受到很大的影响,进而引起磁性薄膜磁晶各向异性方向与大小的变化.利用具有结构对称破缺单晶基片来诱导外延生长薄膜的磁晶各向异性方向与大小的变化具有很重要的物理问题.
