Pediatric dose measurements during radiographic examinations are of special concern due to the fact that pediatric are more radiosensitive than adults due to their rapidly growing tissue and their long life expectancy.Therefore, radiation dose assessment is crucial and knowledge of the radiation dose and its related risk is necessary to justify and optimize the radiation exposure.
