Solid-state nanopore is an emerging experimental tool for detecting biological molecules,especially DNA and proteins.Up to now, various nanopores have been fabricated in glass capillary, SiN membrane, and atomic-thick two dimensional materials such as graphene,BN, and MoS2.Translocation of individual DNA molecules through all these kinds of nanopores has been observed by monitoring the ionic current.By alternating driving voltages,back-and-forth bi-directional translocation of a single DNA molecule through a nanopore has also been realized.However, due to the existence of membrane capacitance in all nanopore devices, a significant transient spike in the ionic current is induced at the moment of driving voltage switching.
