  The successful transfer of reverse micelles(RMs)from organic media into water phase had greatly expand the application scope of RMs from chemistry to materials and especially to biomedical science.We had finished the work that transfer reverse micelles(RMs)from organic media into water phase without change the special property of the confined water pools.We present herein the further study about reverse micelle-based water-soluble nanoparticles by using more gentle and controllable cross-linking methods between amphiphile with an acrylamide head group,including Michael addition between dithiothreitol(DTT)or 2,2′,2″-nitrilotriethanethiol and acrylamide,and thermo-crosslinking under azodiisobutyronitrile(AIBN).
