The regulatory T cells(Tregs)are important key regulators of the immune system.The decrease of Tregs or loss of their function would cause numerous autoimmune diseases,including rheumatoid arthritis,relapsing-remitting multiple sclerosis,type 1 diabetes and psoriasis[1].Thus Tregs-mediated immune therapy have attracted widespread interest as a candidate for treating these diseases.However,the traditional Tregs-mediated immune therapy is hampered by a series of disadvantages,including in vitro expansion and infusion,high cost,and side-effects of immunosuppressive preparation.So far,there is no effective therapy able to maintain high local numbers of Tregs in long term,meanwhile perform high expansion efficiency and weak side-effects[2].
